    Beds are really comfortable and the staff are very helpful. Airport shuttle went smoothly even at 2am. The second time I stayed, my night bus got in at 6:30 and they let me check in at 10:30.

    Very clean. Just need to clean under the beds and cabinets. Great location- next to witches market. Can be noisy though as close to plaza. Comfortable beds with privacy curtains, large rooms. Plenty of room to relax. Good, attentive and communicative staff- helped me book a doctor's appointment, taxis, changed my room when the bathroom of the room allocated was gross. Rooftop restaurant- nice, relaxed vibe with a great view.
