The place was tidy and clean. Including the room and its private toilet, as well as the shared kitchenette and living room.
WiFi quality was fast and stable. I used it for remote work over three days without any problems.
House interior decoration style gives an authentic experience.

The location is within a maximum of 10-15 minutes walk from important streets and landmarks.

I imagine if you enjoyed cycling the above would be a great way to unwind after a few hours in the saddle.
Lots of alcohol already there with an honestly box if you require a drink and didn’t want to go out.
Cooking facilities are available, but we chose to eat out and try the local cuisine ( and very nice too )

Rest by the sea is always pleasant. Of the rooms you can only live in the studio - it is comfortable and has a small kitchen with all the equipment. Our room was very quiet and clean. Very uncomfortable shower cabin and weak water pressure. In general, you can live if you abstract from the old Soviet renovation in the lobbies, corridors and restaurant, unfriendly staff and the trip to the beach through the highway and tram lines. Swimming in this area of the beach is also prohibited.
Facilites, location, kind host. Free parking 450m away. Train direct into Bruges then free shuttle bus to historic centre of Bruges.

Sea front close by. Lots of restaurants to choose from.
Very nice modern apartment, cosy couch, comfy bed the fireplace was a very beautiful addition, the apartment itself was huge and close to beach and markets.
