The staff were lovely to speak with and very helpful. It was a great location and the cottage itself was beautiful inside. The cottage was well stocked with all the essentials needed e.g. washing powder. The pool was clean and heated which made swimming great (we had cooler weather so warm water was nice).

Very good situation and good accommodation but with faults. Beds comfortable and clean. Very nice pool and good furnishings.
For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Good location, 10 minutes walk from Four Mile Beach, beautiful pool area and helpful friendly staff. Lovely buffet breakfast, pizzas and a la carte menu . Relaxing atmosphere, and helpful in organising shuttle buses when needed.
It had all we needed for the family, utensils, basic ingredients, dishwasher tablets, laundry powder, dish soap, etc ; it has a great roof top spa bbq area that we used a lot.
The outdoor area with couch was great to relax in. The master bedroom spa was excellent! The pool is lovely, the grounds are gorgeous and right next to the beach for walks. The shuttle bus service to town was so handy and the garage gave piece of mind for our car.
The apartment is not new, but it was well kept.

Kim (at the reception) is really helpful and friendly and helped to book shuttles from Cairns. She provided useful information about restaurants in the area before we arrived.
Beautifully decorated and equipped. Location was very good but would be perfect if it was closer to the town centre. Not a huge issue as an easy drive and plenty of shuttle buses / taxis available.
Chilled environment, quiet and staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Also large range of dvd (free) to enjoy, wifi, and shuttle booking service.
Makeup removing towel is a nice touch.
The accommodation was great , the management was terrific helped extend my stay arranged tour and shuttle , any questions were answered in a friendly way I really enjoyed the pool and surrounding areas
