When the day trippers are gone, I went to the nearby viewpoints. The next day, I went to 5 fingers to see the sunrise. Breathtaking! I had the place to myself! In here, mother nature is defo mothering!

Everything was great. Super lovely place to stay (in a middle of hill). We were pleased with a lot of snow, so sightseeing was unbelievable. If You planning to skiing its good place to stay (need to ride down the hill or go by yourself). All in all I highly recommend You to stay at Egghartguthütte place. ❤️

It was easy to reach even in winter (maybe when facing heavy snowing you would need to put snow-chains on) and it was very well heated right when we came. View from living room was fantastic, in the summer we would definitely use extensive balcony. In the kitchen you may find anything needed for preparing the food. Pfannerhutte (closest restaurant) is just 5min walking distance so you won't starve.
The location is ideal for ski trips as it is in walking distance from the chair lift. The staff were really nice and helpful. They also provide shuttle service to the ski lift.
The apartment is quite new, very nice and elegant, it has enough space for four people. Very well equipped, paying attention to every detail. The view is unbelievable.
The host is very nice and friendly.
You can get to the ski lift walking in 10 minutes, but there is also a ski shuttle stop at 3-400 meters.
Smaller hotel with great service and awesome food. Cozy rooms, perfectly clean every day. Sauna with panoramic view - free of charge. Free shuttle from hotel door to Tauplitz ski lift. Ideal place for family skiing holiday.
