Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

Nothing, it was an horrible property with no value for money. I would suggest to shut down this property or else some government agency will do the audit to rectify hotel standards.

Very nice room with comfy beds and even a settee next to the window. The standing shower cabin was pretty spacious too. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of options both for food and drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, jus). There was also a 24h self serving area with free coffee and tea. The hotel is right next to one of the main touristic streets and also next to a supermarket. In less than 10 minutes I could also reach the river and the other old town area. I loved the entire sojourn and highly recommend this hotel 😀 😍

Great new and modern hotel, very tastefully designed and well located close to the main train station and a short walk from the city centre. Easy online check-in and check-out. We got upgraded, which was a nice surprise. The Mozartkugeln were a nice touch. The best part, to us, was the spa (sauna and infrared cabin) and gym area on the top floor – wonderfully equipped, calming music and complimentary tea station. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff. Mela was extremely helpful with not just our stay but helping us plan our days in Salzburg. We arrived during a time when a lot of places were shut and she really went above and beyond to guide us. Can’t imagine how our trip would have turned up without this warm hospitality.

The chalet is perfect and the hosts are friendly and great. The location is a working farm so there are farm noises and smells. The child in our family absolutely loved the animal interaction and freedom to roam around the gardens and animal pens. We had a car so the distance to the nearest bus to go into the City was not a problem.

The owner is a very friendly and nice lady, she even walked out to show us the way to go to her apartment..overall apartment is clean but found small cockroach in the cabinet. Location is good, near to Billa and 20mins walk to Mirabell Palace.

The place is so usefull. There was a bar in the hostel and a kitchen and a TV room. You can't hear any voice from your room. And also the hostel close to City Center. I walked everywhere and also used to public transportation also. When weather is raining I could rent an umberalle from hostel. That also very nice. The rooms are clean and you can use the key card for your cabinet also.

It was really 10 min walk from the station. They had comfortable size of cabinet with lock opened by the card, that was nice. Lobby area was nice and they have a bar too, free water and tee at the reception.

This hotel stands at the top of a hill. As its German name (Schone Aussicht) suggests, the view from the hotel on Saltzbourg is superb. This situation means pure air and silence. The building is typical of the region: a big wooden chalet. Years have marked a bit the hotel, but it only adds charm. Fotunately, the place is clean and well-maintained by a dedicated and welcoming team. The room was clean, spacy, and comfortable. The breakfast was generous with products of quality. The scramble eggs were one of the best I have eaten.
