Perfect chalet for a comfortable stay for many people. The host was very friendly and helpful. There is no breakfast, but you can have a very tasty one it in the nearby hotel Bergcristall for €18. Would definitely come back again.

A very unique house, located in the most beautiful spot in Neustift im Stubaital, it is well ocupied with all the aminities for the family, the owner is nice and taking extream care of her beautiful house, the house is clean and beds are very comfortable, big windows with blackout shutters which makes your sleep very comfortable, there is washing machin & dryer for fee of 5€ for each load, the road leads to the house is steap a little bit and needs extra attention, but that was ok not a big deal, the dinning room has a great view on the beautiful vally, there is BBQ in the beautiful garden with breathtaking view on the vally, you can use and we enjoyed that facility as well , but pay attention that the owner comes to water her flowers in the upstairs balcony, for us it was ok but maybe some families will not accept that maybe for some privacy reasons etc... we will repeat this experince again in this wonderful property.. finaly we would like to thank the owner Renate for her hospitality.

Perfect! Nicely decorated, spacious, well equipped, and comfortably furnitured apartment. Nice and well-kept garden also with proper furniture. Beutiful views: snowy mountains are visible from the living room during the summer. The hosts are kind and welcoming, ready to advise good programme tips for your stay. Dogs are also welcome. Unfortuately we stayed too short. Maybe next time :)

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Definitely the best hotel we have ever been. Everybody is kind and helpful. Airport and ski shuttle service is very well organised and useful, food is awesome. Wellness facilities are also perfect. Our apartment was quiet, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. Children friendly place. Will return for sure!
Property was clean, had nice facilities and it was central to supermarkets and some shops for rental! Easy to get around with their shuttle plus the local bus being a 5 min walk away
Excellent food and helpful, friendly staff. The location is convenient for the public ski bus and especially noteworthy is the hotel’s shuttle to the glacier ski area.
Plenty of breakfast choices,, high quality of food: where elsed o you get to choose between four different kinds of butter?
The shuttle bus to the lift ia also super, with a choice of several convenient departing & return times. Both pools, all saunas and the wellness/relaxation areas were fabulous, with the attendants providing excellent service

Ski experience - The hotel had shuttles in the morning and afternoon for people in the hotel to the Stubai Mountain, free of charge.
Regarding gear rental there’s 2 rental stores near the hotel where I renten a Snowboard, helmet and boots.
Location - Near a couple good bars and restaurants, 10 min walk.
Stay - Big room with a balcony. Comfortable.
The personel is extremely friendly, we felt right at home.
The breakfast was the best selection, most fresh and so delicious.
The spa has multiple cabins to choose from. We had a lot of privacy.
The gala 6 course diner was amazing and surprisingly cheap!
Great location in small willage, bus stop 30m, restauration 50m, grocery 40m, parking place. Nice views from apartment, fully equiped kitchen. Very kind owner. After our hike to Zuckerhutl, Hoher Burgstahll, Serles and Elferspitz great place to regain energy. Big bonus - Stubaisupercard in the price of accomodation.
