Staff and location Excellent, Good service
Convenient for the airport and very friendly staff.
We had a quiet spacious Premium King room, which had a huge comfortable bed and views towards the river. The large bathroom was great and had plenty of free toiletries. The hotel location was convenient with many restaurants nearby. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. At check-in, Chanel, kindly gave us some lovely sparkling wine to take to our room as it was my birthday celebration. Thank you so much.
There is no breakfast service in freehand i suppose. But they have bar in the lobby which is quite convenient for young people to hang out or grab a drink. Next to Freehand, there is a CVS which is very convenient to get bottle water or snack to eat. All in all, Freehand's location is near downtown and very cheap. I really recommend it.
Location is unbeatable. It´s my second time in this hotel and I would definitely return.Very comfortable bed and pillows, bathroom roomy and with great towels. Toiletries reasonable.Friendly staff. The room was spacious and very quiet. Very convenient for persons with moving disabilities. A vast offer of restaurants in the area which felt very safe. It would be great to add room service, but the store at the lobby is helpful.
Hotel not offer breakfast, but 20 meters next to the hotel are two restaurant serving very taste cheap breakfast. View from 19th floor was magniefiecent. Staff was very friendly. If i'll back to Chicago for sure I'll stay at this hotel. Near lot of shops, restaurants, metro. This hotel for me was excelent and one of the most my favorite hotel (I'm traveling since 20 years :) )
I love Nobu hotels primarily for their aesthetics. I love Japanese minimalism, nice materials and restraint in decoration. Comfortable, cozy, beautiful and friendly staff. The size of the rooms is optimal, the beds are comfortable. We left the hotel and thought it was so good. By the way, very tasty breakfasts and coffee in the restaurant on the ground floor.
Friendly staff. Clean room, towels and sheets. Great location for a cheap last min airport layover. Shops gas station and bars with food nearby.
I have stayed here three times already, and this is the best hotel in my opinion! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the location is excellent, and the parking is safe, convenient, and reasonably priced! Coming here has added so much to my Chicago trip, even the bathroom amenities are perfect! I love this place, and if I come to Chicago again, I will definitely choose to stay here!
Beautiful situated and close to trams and the lake. Friendly staff and vibrant feel. But also bit worn down. Beds are to soft and uncomfy. It was more a budget family place than a hostel with a lot of small children. Not a bad thing but not really what we were expecting. Breakfast was humble but can get you on your way. No real healthy options. But there is a community kitchen and fridge to store some cheese or other things for breakkie Chicago is expensive and this place was on the cheaper side so you cant expect golden halls
