Amazing service and hospitality, the staff very friendly, the mini bar is so cheap and affordable and if you need anything they bring it straight away l, very good wifi and great location, the trainline is 3 minute walk and comes every 2-3 minutes, amazing food places around the hotel and convenient for families, overall great experience and would come back again and stay at same hotel
Excellent!! The best hotel someone could choose for a short(or longer of course) stay in Istanbul! Amazing location(few steps away from the Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern). As for the room, we got a free update, that is a room with view(hayat) on Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, that was marvellous! Friendly staff, very good breakfast, very convenient transport service to the airport! Thank you very much! Best of the best! Teşekkür ederim!

Very friendly and helpful staff, quiet and very pleasant location with everything within walking distance, nice, clean and well equipped apartment…great value for money! Highly recommneded to stay. The location is slightly away from main attarctions but taxis can take you there within £10-15. or public transport is super cheap. Staff is very friendly and available 24/7. Internet is great with great speed and availbility. Rooms are quite and literally proper sound proof. A+++ for whole stay and thanks to the managment and staff.
Very safe and convenient location nearby Istiklal street and Galata Tower, many options for food and shopping. The owner was very friendly and has great hospitality, tried to help me with anything when I asked. He called a taxi for me to the airport which is much cheaper than you call a cab by yourself. You can enjoy some very tasty Turkish tea at the reception. The ground floor is a jewellery shop so you can enjoy shopping as well.
The hotel is decent budget hotel, no frills, good value. Small room, good hot shower, clean linen, comfy bed(single in my rom). There are good cheap places to eat nearby, it's fairly convenient for public transport, the sights are within walking distance for a healthy person. The staff are helpful but their English is very limited.
Fabulous location. A good stroll to the Grand Bazaar, the Blue and Sophia Hagia mosques, both Cisterns, Guilhane park, fish in a roll beside the Bosphorus Tarihi Eminönü Balık Ekmek .. Many food outlets to suit all budgets nearby, ask the friendly hosts for best eateries.. The hotel is located in the midst of shoe and handbag outlets, shopping paradise. Very caring and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms, sound proof excellent. Highly recommended.
We have a very pleasant stay at Rast Hotel. The hotel is well managed with excellent hospitality . The staff at Terrace cafe -Gokhan, Bethan, Emre and the lady and Ugur at the front desk are friendly, helpful and cheerful. The hotel is conveniently located with a few minutes walking distance to most tourist sites like the blue mosque and palace. Terrace cafe is open for 24 hours with spectacular sun rise and sunset view in the pleasant open podium.
