It’s really friendly,english speaking accommodation. More relaxing As it’s male capsule hotel. and you can use the onsen and pool whenever you want.
Very friendly staffs, free coffee and drink in lobby are great. Room is typically Japanese style, small but cozy. Location is great, walking distance to namba airport line, many restaurants around which opens till 11pm. Convenient store in 7mins walking. Walking distance to 木津市場 and 八阪難波寺, 心齋橋，道頓崛
Staff was very helpful friendly, place was clean with good facilities provided. Do remember that this is a capsule hotel, even the superior room, but otherwise high value for money
I like the staff, very friendly and accomodating. Though it was a bit of a challenged when it comes to language barrier, but all in all the staff are really amazing. The location is just few steps away from the nearest metro. And the price, it really saved me from staying in a capsule hotels as is it my last options if prices of hotel rooms in Japan are high. But good thing I found this hotel. And now I booked another of their property in Tokyo.
The location is great and near train stations, shops and has a family mart connected to the hotel. The staff were so friendly and helped us with luggage transfer as we couldn't fill out the forms in japanese. The room was really nice and had alot of space. Toiletries were provided and they had free amenities downstairs in the lobby. They also had washing machines and dryers which were cheap and very easy to use. The bed was also comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!
Very convenient for the airport, and incredible views of Osaka from the room. The room itself is huge, comfortable and quiet on a high floor. Probably my favourite place to stay in the Osaka area, and I usually stay in this hotel every time I have the opportunity. Breakfast is delicious including Japanese and Western style options. Somehow the price was extremely low, even cheaper than a capsule hotel on the dates I stayed...

Hotel Atarayo was one of the best hostels I have had the pleasure of staying at. The place was very clean, comfortable and well-lit. The pods were spacious, bigger than usual capsule hotel pod sizes. Lockers were available for luggage and clothes storage. I liked that they had changing rooms for privacy, which also served as a prayer space for me. They also had a big bathroom with bathtub for those who needed to soak after a long day of traveling. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

Not an average Japanese capsule hotel, the capsules are much roomier. The service is friendly. The bathing area on the top floor for men is just that plus.
