    Very friendly and welcoming staff, nice to talk to. Everything is clean and tidy everywhere. Evening ikrams - tea and tasty things - are a very nice bonus, thanks to the hotel for this. The location is very convenient, the metro is nearby. Sound insulation is good.

    The location of the hotel is conveniently located to the main road and close to a good range of cafes and restaurants with hospitable atmosphere and tasteful Turkish and European cuisines. Gym, sauna and pool facilities are also conveniently located inside the hotel. Some of the staff was friendly and allowed to extend the stay for an extra 1.5 hours.

    Had a wonderful stay at this hotel, centrally located yet quiet. Check-in was smooth, and they assisted us with parking. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and you could tell it had been recently renovated. Breakfast was served personally, providing a good start to the day. I highly recommend it for a comfortable and convenient stay.

    Convenient for the railway station. Interesting area to wander around not far from the castle. All sorts of markets. Lots of hot water, friendly staff, good wifi, comfortable bed, well heated, spacious. Simple Turkish breakfast. Nice old style proper hotel. Huge mosque opposite. Supermarket nearby

    A really good place for short and long stays. Clean white towels and linens, comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Very friendly and cheerfull staff always ready to help. Staff speaks English!!! Good location. Many convenient stores and cheap cafes with tasty local food nearby.
