Find the capsule hotels that appeal to you the most
Looking for a capsule hotel?
Developed in Japan, these cheap 'pod' hotels are a novelty for any traveller. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodation is basic and intended to be overnight. There is separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms — some capsule hotels also have a sentō, a Japanese bath house, often for male guests only.
The bunk beds were divided into sections of 4 beds which was good. The dining area was spacious for you to have your own microwave dinner and he sold coffee there too. There was also a washing machine and dryer. He was very friendly too.
Friendly and helpful lady at check in. We were travelling with my 82 year old father in law and they happily gave him a bottom bunk bed when requested.
The kitchen was a little small, but had everything you need and plenty of seating areas. Laundry facilities and a nice outdoor area. Everything was clean and tidy.
I recently stayed at this hostel and had a generally positive experience. One of the biggest advantages of this shelter is its affordability, which is great for travelers on a budget. Additionally, the cleanliness of the facility is commendable, and I was particularly impressed by the staff’s excellent service attitude; he was both friendly and helpful.
It's superb value for money, staff are friendly, beds are clean and comfy. Love the pods with curtains as you get privacy. Place was very clean even with it being full. I never had to wait to use the toilet or bathroom. No breakfast but had a kitchen for you to make your own food. Located close to supermarkets and bars too. A great start for those walking the Camino wanting a clean and comfortable start to their walk.
Exceptional cleanliness. Room was very comfortable.
Friendly and helpful welcome which was so lovely . Location was perfect too, right next to the Camino path so we could get on our way promptly in the morning. Convenient for restaurants and bars.
The flat is amazing. They pay lots of attention to cleaning. The place is huge, and yet relatively cheap. The kitchen is super well equipped!
They allowed me to check-in early - a very friendly gesture.
