Very cozy place, full equipped, very warm and nice host. The rooms are large and the bathrooms and kitchen equipped with all you need, even a clothes washing machine. The courtyard equipped with BBQ and seating area. Parking spaces for 3-4 cars. We'll definitely return. A great location where you find everything you need, with a special mountain landscape around.

Thank you Lorenzio and Alina for the great stay that we had in your beautiful tiny house in the mountains!! Lorenzio even picked us up from the bus station in Lupeni when we arrived and showed us around in Lupeni and told us everything about it. Alina also made us delicious jams and cakes! And, on top of that, we even received amazing Moldovian wine. During our stay we made 2 beautiful hikes in the Retezat mountains. On our way back, Lorenzio picked us up again and drove us to the bus station. We will definitely come back in summer to make more hikes in the Retezat mountains! Thanks again Lorenzio and Alina!

The best experience in Straja so far was at "Cabana Mea". The hosts, Dorina and Zozo, do their best to make you feel at home, starting with cleanliness and ending with traditional food. The cabin is located close to both ski areas (Constantinescu and Sorelui Plateau). We will definitely come back! Oh, I almost forgot the "Afinata" drink served by Mr. Zozo should not be missed. Thank you!

Lovely spacious apartment, 3 friends staying there and we had plenty of space. It was very clean. It had all the facilities including a hair dryer and iron. The host was really friendly and answered any questions. It's a lovely city with a beautiful castle. I would highly recommend.

Very nice and welcoming staff. The room was spacious, well lit, very clean and had a nice fragrance welcome us. Breakfast meal options were limited but very rich and excellently prepared. Our room had direct view of Retezat snowy mountain tops. We hope to stay here again - there are still plenty of things to visit in Hunedoara.
