Located within 700 metres of Color Line Stadion and less than 1 km of Sparebanken Møre Arena in Ålesund, Volsdalen Camping features accommodation with seating area. This campground provides free private parking, a shared kitchen and free WiFi. The campground features family rooms. swift easy check-in, enjoyed my stay full of relaxation, even though it was so overcast the scenery was practically invisible and the insane levels of overtourism. It is not true that it's short walk access into town, from here to Alesundet at least, took me thirty minutes to go over the hilly, bendy road [borgundsvegen], not even with a bicycle will it be faster. I believed the misinformation in the review section, and almost planned a walk back to have a six o' clock meal. Also, if you are visiting the sunnmøre museum it will be just as far. Better views from there and 98% less tourists!!

It was like every other camping, simple but ok.
I appreciated the warm hospitality from the owner Shahram. The room and facility was very clean and properly maintained as he is also an engineer. I also enjoyed the conversation with him, listening to his struggle with some guests who do not observe check in time rules. I advised him to keep sending a reminder to the guests on the check in time (basically from 4pm depending on the availability of the room).
The apartment is centrally located, with easy street parking. It was very clean with good amenities. The interior layout was perfect.
What a beautiful and modern house! The size was very good! We wish we lived here 😄 very clean and comfortable place, huge livingroom en fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom luxurious and looked brandnew. Excellent location. We would love to come here again in the near future!
We were definitely happy staying in that apartment!the owners were very nice and helped with all questions. the view from the meadow is breathtaking. the apartment was very clean, the kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything you need and even much more. there was coffee and spices. convenient location. 12 minutes on foot to the incredible aquarium, 15 minutes of comfortable walks through beautiful streets to the center. we will definitely come back to this place!
The whole apartment is very clean, easy accessible and you feel like at home. Per-Kristian sends a very broad instruction on how to use house equipment and useful tips about what to do during your stay. A very pleasant addition - chocolates on your pillow - this was a very cheerful addition. Thank you!
Volsdalen Camping is great value for money and at a beautiful location. Our cabin had a lovely view of the sea and mountains and we could easily walk along the shore. The staff were very helpful- we had to check in late at night and leave early in the morning and both processes were easy. If you’re looking for a comfortable basic stay this is the place, the facilities were very clean and well maintained and close to a supermarket. It was an easy 10 minute bus to town.
