The food was great and I got to try several new Sri Lankan dishes that I never tasted before. And the drive through the Safari parks that they organized were excellent.

The staff is very helpful, and the rooms are cozy. The food was great and I enjoyed everything about this place. Great value for money. You can feel like you're in the jungle without giving up your comfort. It's amazing!

Intimate jungle dining , night walks , cooking lessons , treasure hunts for kids can also be arranged and included in the price you pay. Family tents are provided based on requirement. Beautiful setting. The camp is very spread out and the tents are spacious and clean. I’ve camped all my life and this did not disappoint as it was very luxurious comparatively. Keep in mind it’s still camping but the tents have all of the comforts of home with a full shower and bathroom as well as a sitting room. Upon arrival we received welcome drinks and were given a very informative orientation where they went over the tents, meals and meal options, afternoon tea, night and morning walks as well as the safari options. We chose to go with the full day safari and it did not disappoint, we saw a variety of birds, many deer, water buffalo, a sloth bear and three leopards(a mother and her two cubs). The bbq dinner was fantastic as we sat around a camp fire which was a gorgeous setting. The morning breakfast was also special and incredibly romantic. The staff was top notch and catered to our every need. This is a must experience if you love camping. The tents has no ac but a great fan which made for a good night sleep.

Set in Puttalam, Arachiwil Green Nature Resort features accommodation with access to a fitness room. This campground offers free private parking, a shared kitchen and free WiFi. Guests can make use of the children's playground or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the garden and inner courtyard. Location, price, rooms, cooking facilities, property has a lot of wildlife like 2 different types squirrels, 2 different types of bats at night, monkeys, peacocks, many different kinds of birds, lizards were they are permanent residents of the water hole. Staff are amazing with information, arranging or assisting with tours, tuk tuks, delivery of meals. Special thank you to Afshal who went out of his way everyday we were there. We have stayed in many home stays in Sri Lanka and this is by far our favourite, highly recommend.
