Even thought the room is very basic everything was very clean and comfortable. Walk to the beach 1 minute. Location was very good and we found a place to park our car just in front. If one day we go back to Levanto, we will consider to book again this place.
I had the double deluxe room and I had a lovely view of Monterosso. It was very close to the beach and train station! The owner was very responsive with checking in. Very clean and comfy bed. Worth the money!
Location was perfect, close to everything; restaurants, shops, train, beach. The appartment was very clean. The kitchen was fully equiped (but we did not use it as we went out for the meals). Nice with two bathrooms in the appartment. The hosts Enrica and Francesco were very nice and helpful. Met us when we came to show the appartment. Perfect stay, would definitely come back.

We were so fortunate to have the corner room overlooking the water. You can't beat the stunning view and the proximity to the beach. The host and his wife (who own the store just downstairs where you pick up the key) were so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I would stay here again without hesitation.
The location is amazing in terms of closeness to the beach and restaurants. The space was very clean and safe. The host also let us store our bags while we waited for our train which was nice of her!
Giorgio was an amazing host, who was always super friendly and helpful! The complimentary breakfast was always lovely, the coffee and focaccia were the highlights! The room and building were very clean & cosy & the shower was very nice! Its a 5 minute walk to the beach & town centre so it can’t get much more convenient!
The location was great. The whole area had a really nice laid back vibe to it. The place was very clean and you could just relax. It was a stones throw away from the beach and close to lots of places to eat. The train station is five minutes away so you could head out really easily.
Superb location opposite the beach. Beautiful view. Very clean neat and simple room. Recently renovated ensuite bathroom with a good shower. Beach towels and umbrella provided. Excellent air-conditioning. Secure property with few rooms. Comfortable bed.
