Owners have thought of everything and our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable. Great views, sitting outside at the picnic table was peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

The campground has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open. Entering the areal of Cultybraggan was something special, feeling a lot of past-decades history, the hut is cosy and well equiped, our kids enjoyed playing between the huts and in general on the whole site, like a huge adventure playground. the spot is an excellent starting point for trips to Perth, Loch Earn, Stirling Castle, Devil's Cauldron Waterfall etc. But don't forget to keep time on the Cultybraggan Camp, the small hiking paths around and long tea sessions in Comrie with all its associations, events and friendly people. We want to come back in 10 years, loooking how the camp turns forward into an active, colourful and peaceful settlement.

Offering river views, Glengoulandie Shepherd's Hut is an accommodation located in White Bridge, 33 km from Blair Castle and 10 km from The Scottish Crannog Centre. This campground offers free private parking and a minimarket. The property is non-smoking and is set 11 km from Castle Menzies. The campsite itself was an equal mix of remote - allowing a connection to nature, solitude and peace - whilst being within a short travelling distance (15-50 minutes car journey) of local villages and towns such as Kenmore, Aberfeldy and Pitlochry. The site was very quiet, well maintained and compact. It was a short distance from the Shepherd's Hut which I booked, to the local facilities (washroom, showers and bins / recycling). The hut was clean, tidy and had everything I personally needed for my solo stay. It was warm and comfortable. There was a double sofa bed, sink and two hobs for cooking, plus a kettle. Just enough space for storing equipment and food. There was ample parking and a coffee shop on site too, if needed. The site is well placed to do short, local walks around the site and nearby hills of Dub Coillich (weather permitting, which it wasn't!). John and Fiona, the owners and managers of the site, were very helpful and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.
