The location is stunning, a boardwalk takes you down to a lovely beach. Some of the staff were kind and helpful.
Was very clean and fresh milk was available for teas and coffees. When you could find staff they were lovely and helpful
Location was brilliant, size of the Pod was perfect, and surroundings are just wow, literally 2 minutes from the beach one way and 2 minutes to the cafes/restaurants/harbour the other way.
Room was very clean but run down certainly not 4 star and view of sea was obscured by trees
- very nice and welcoming host - comfy hut; we liked that our entrance and the picnic table outside faced the hill with the sheep, so it even felt more private - beautiful location with only a short walk to the amazing white beach - sustainability: separation of plastics, glass, paper etc for recycling; cupboard in the common kitchen for food to share
Location was amazing. Few minutes walk from the beach and abbey. Facilities were great far better than expected. Pod was very clean and cosy. Staff ie. Dot was extremely nice and friendly.
The Pods are a 20 minute walk from the port through the lovely street, past Iona Abbey and in a beautiful location.We were met by Dot who is extremely friendly and helpful. The Pods are great, clean, spacious and fully equipped. The shower and toilet block are superb, spacious and very very clean with separate toilets and showers for men and women. This glamping site is very well thought out and we think glamping is the way forward for travellers - cheaper and much more comfortable than traditional hotel and/or B&B accommodations.
Beautiful island setting and the pods are very close to the stunning white Sandy beaches on the north. The hill and view point are right at the back. Everything was prisitine and Dot was so helpful throughout. Pods were warm, very quiet, well kitted out and very clean. We all had a wonderful time.
Dot was very welcoming and helpful - we arrived slightly early and were allowed in as the pod had been cleaned. Beautiful, peaceful setting and a nice alternative to camping. Pods were very clean and well equipped. Shower and toilet facilities were well maintained.
