You really feel like a Royalty. Exquisite breakfast, the beach very clean, the mosque so close, the staff is more than nice! I celebrated my birthday there and I think it was the best choice ever! I cannot wait to return!

Location is accessible to cafeteria, restaurants, mall, and also close to bus terminal and beach. They also provide toiletries, towels etc, plus there is also a shared kitchen with basic kitchen utensils and appliances.The price is worth it. Not to mention that rooms and bathrooms are very clean and quiet👍 You will also be assisted by their owner/ staff who are very nice, welcoming, and responsive to inquiries, thank you to Sumith. It’s our second stay at Beach Rotana and I hope not the last! As the first time, we enjoyed our stay so much! Love the options of restaurant and the pool! We had the “cheapest” room this time and for two it was absolutely enough! Very neatly furnished and a very classy old school hotel! Very clean and nice. Super sweet and helpful staff, outstanding!

Everything was perfect , comfortable large room, large living room, 2 bathrooms , very clean there, the room was cleaned every day , responded to our every request , very responsive and kind staff . There was a swimming pool on the top floor. The Cornish beach is 5 minutes from the hotel. If I come here again, I will definitely come to this hotel.

We loved our vacation at Khalidiya! Very clean hotel, breakfast was good, the pool very warm, our little girl had a blast. The beach area also nice, fine sand, perfect for the play of little ones. I appreciated that the pool area staff kept an eye on "reserved" sunbeds and removed towels off the unused sunbeds. And we had a nice surprise at the arrival when we got an upgrade to our room!

Everything was perfect, the rooms and the hotel in general is very clean. The private beach is small and cozy, also very clean. The staff is great, very helpful and attentive. (Especial thanks to the staff on the beach, who helped us when our daughter stepped on something on the beach and was very scared, the staff provided very timely and professional assitance).

The location is perfect with quick access to the beach, shopping areas and attractions. The hotel is great value for money, very clean and updated. The staff was very polite and competent and the food was great.

Abcolutely perfect! I love everything. It very clean, hot water, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, you have all what you need for the short or long stay. Cloose to the beach, supermarket and restoran just across the road. Owner is absolutely amazing! I asked for the late check-in because of my flight and he catch me on the bus station and bring to the room, show and explain everything! Thank you for hosted me!
