The mattress was very comfortable and the window was able to open slightly which allowed a nice cool breeze.
Perfect location close to all the sights, shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Amazing tasting breakfast with great options like waffles, omelets and fresh fruit. Clean rooms and the breakfast area was kept very clean too.
Everything was perfect, the room was beautiful and very clean. The staff were so friendly. The entire experience was so wonderful, I will definitely stay again!

This hotel is central to all things Salem. The location was ideal. I was very excited upon arrival…. The concierge that checked us in was lovely and accommodating. The lobby was absolutely beautiful. There was free hot cider and ice water. The bathrooms in the lobby were very clean. There were plenty of luggage carts to go around. There is an ATM inside the lobby.
