The location is fantastic!! 5 minutes walk to the beach and to the shopping district. So you can finish you shopping and drop your bags at the hotel on the way to the beach. 24 hour Convenience stores are right opposite to the hotel ! They have a great bar open till 1 am
The best thing about this hotel is the location. A short distance from the beach, a somewhat quieter neighbourhood than further south, and just a block away from a convenience store. You can buy milk, fruits, etc. and store them in your fridge, which is very convenient.
The localization is near restaurants, shoppings, and you can go wlaking to the beach. It is very clean, but I think they could improve it by changing matresses and pillows.
Perfect location, very clean condo #105 with kitchen. 5 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes walk to Bal Harbour Mall. Very quiet place. No noise during the night. They have 3 buildings : one with the reception inside is a little bit old. ASK FOR THE NEW ONE. Everyone very helpful.
The hotel's biggest asset is its location. It is one block from the beach, easily accessible yet tranquil and quiet when you enter. The pool area is really relaxing, and it was fun to hang out there. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side by US standards, but the beds were great, and the rooms were very clean. The adults-only guests give the property a more exclusive vibe.
The location of this hotel is great, right in the heart of South Beach and close to everything you need. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful: they were able to accommodate our late check-in and free beach towels and even an umbrella were provided free of charge. The studio was very spacious and decorated in the Art Deco style which felt very authentic. Moreover, the place was very clean and had a fridge, microwave and a coffee maker.
