The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was big enough to open two mid-size luggage at the same time. Breakfast spread was very good. A good selection of hot items. Parking facility was only a short walk away.

Where do I start, the reception area was fabulous as was the dining area. We had a pianist playing at breakfast and a trio of musicians in the afternoon. The room was very clean and well appointed, the reception staff were very helpful and professional, bar staff were not as good but there seemed to be some training happening. Overall this is a great hotel in a fabulous location.

Sarah and Lloyd gave us a warm welcome and showed us our apartment straight away. Our accommodation was very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a trip lasting several days. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. The living room is very large, which was great, especially with children. There is also a TV with various streaming services.

Location was amazing. People were amazing and the breakfast spread showcased local cuisine and had enough varieties. The bathroom was very clean and so was the room. Location was easily accessible from city center and was in a very good neighbourhood. There was access to convenience store and a kitchen

Super helpful staff, really friendly. The lake, the comfortable beds, the natural feel. Excellent camp site, especially down by the lake where there is a covered seating area with campfire/ fire pit for cooking - if you can get this spot.

The property is fairly remote and on a working farm. If looking for a luxury stay this is not the place. However if you like nature and a clean simple place to stay, this is perfect. The owners are very accommodating and helpful. Even has a small cabin by the lake for campfire and barbecue.

The staff were lovely; the room was very clean and cleaned/restocked every day (something we’ve not had at other hotels since Covid); the facilities were very good. The hotel is located around 10 minutes away from Bergen Central tram stop and can be reached on the No. 1 tram from Florida station, approx 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There isn’t much to do near the hotel or any convenience stores nearby, although this didn’t bother us.
