We loved our stay at Hoodia. The property is beautifully designed and even more beautifully situated. The lovely pool was a very welcome respite from the heat of the desert. Paulus was a great guide for sundowner and our excursion to Sossusvlei. The food was tasty, healthy and fresh and we especially loved our luxurious picnic under the trees in Sossusvlei.

The campsites are spread nicely apart, allowing for ample privacy. Washing facilities, showers and toilets are nice and clean. Each camp site has its own shade tree, important in a barren country like this. There is a picknick table and a water source directly at each camp site. The owners are knowledgeable and friendly. By the way, you may see some game too. You're in a small game park. I saw 3 giraffes in the distance in the morning...

Excellent location just outside the gate to Sossluvei (note you need to stay within the park gates to get early entry - this campsite is NOT within the gates). Each site has private shower (with surprising amount of hot water), toilet (clean enough) and shelter. On site gas station and reception has small selection of camping necessities, plus sandwiches/snacks.

Hands down the best camping site we encountered in our 22 days in Namibia and Botswana. It has a private ablution with proper floor and a rooftop. Place is clean and neat. We enjoyed a great sunset with barbecues while staying there. Also, it is one of the cheapest camping spot we paid for--half price of those within the national park.

This is the best campsite we had in Southern Namibia, our own little kitchen, shower and toilet. Great location and amazing sunsets.

Very good place to overnight before/after the trip to the dunes. The camping is next to the park gate so you can start your ride just at the sunrise. Campsites are well equipped, clean and give some privacy. A small swimming pool and a store are a nice bonus.

That it is close to the park, so we directly booked a camping spot inside the park and left this campsite.
