Excellent campsite with private amenities, right on the banks of the river. As a camper, you are free to use as much or as little of the nice lodge's infrastructure as you like.
The ideal rest place for weary travellers. Very friendly and helpful owners who go out of their way to assist and make us feel comfortable. Very clean, comfortable and superb meals.
I was camping with a group so I wanted a decent bed and air con and not pay too much so it fit that perfectly. Kettle in room was a bonus. Quiet at night.
Ability to use all facilities and the fact that the restaurant provided braai packs for those in the campsites which meant no need to use the expensive buffet restaurant at night !
