Good location - close to train station and other popular train stations e.g one station away from Shinjuku. There is a convenience store across the hotel. Pharmacy shop at the front of the street. Easily accessible to different shops. At first I was worried about the area regarding what the others say but it turns out it was okay.
It is next to rail trail but you cannot hear any noises at all.
Though it is a small room as well as the toilet, it is still very practical.

The shower facilities were incredible! From Dyson hair dryers to lovely power showers. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Staff were extremely polite and helpful!
Room was very clean, with high quality finishings and fantastic water views from the window. Beds were more double beds (versus described as single in booking) which was a pleasant surprise. Location is convenient from Haneda airport and local activities (which suited us). Presence of convenience store on ground floor was also a plus. Overall a really good stay.
Perfect place for the family. Near train station, bus station, convenience store, supermarket, local restaurant, etc. Very clean, separate toilet. It makes our 1 week in Tokyo become perfect.
great location in the airport to catch my early flight the next day; room was very clean and had free bottled water and toiletries etc;; 24 hour convenience store 2 minute walk through airport was very handy to bring food back to the room.
This place is such a find. Rooms are nice and generous for one person, and are very clean and sleek. Laundry detergent already provided, and you can request crockery, dish washing liquid etc should you wish to prepare your own meals. Staff were very responsive to my request.
Loved the location as close to convenience stores and a supermarket, and can walk into Shinjuku in 15-20 minutes.
It was about a 2 minute walk to the train station, very easy to travel to all the tourist spots, no more than about 20 minutes away. Lots of convenience stores with cheap meals and snacks nearby and the surrounding streets are all restaurants that smell and taste amazing!
Staff were so nice and polite, very helpful and very patient with us! Laundry was really easy to do, bathrooms were very clean and nice to use. We were initially worried about the bed being too small when we booked but it was plenty roomy enough and very comfortable.

Near Asakusa which is a great place for food and souvenirs.
Near (5min walk) to Honju Azumabashi Station (Asakusa Line) which makes it accessible to most attractions and the airport.
