The hotel is very conveniently located next to Namba station, the bus station, and the Airport limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel door. Therefore, this hotel was an excellent 'starting point' for us to do some day trips. Next to the hotel entrance there's a convenience store and from here it's easy to walk into any direction for Osaka's main areas. The staff spoke English and was very helpful during our stay. The rooms are small, but modern and very clean.
It was very clean and surrounding to quiet. There was 3 convenience stores around the hotel which is great for snack grabbing during night time. There are also many restaurants to choose but there might be many people at lunch time because it's an office area.
The Hotel is an absolut dream, super clean facilities, the bed was amazing and so quiet. The capsule is very clean, in general, the hotel is very neat! I’ve stayed in dormitories where I got woken up by other loud roommates, here, the rule is to not talk in the dormitory- I think it’s a great way to have a quiet place to sleep in. The location is good, by food you can easily walk to the nearest station and there are some nice restaurants around. Just 15 minutes and you get to a big shopping street and convenience stores are also close by!
The staff were ok. The room was not that spacious but it was very clean. The location was very convenient. It was very near the convenience store and coffee shops so I thought that was very nice.
Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed and big compared to hotel rooms in Japan. The convenience store across the building was great and the place is close to public transport. Check-in instructions were also very clear and the host is helpful and responsive. The drying function in the bathroom was great!
My partner and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The room is spacious, has a kitchenette and a large, comfortable bed. The bathroom consists of two parts: “dry room” with a sink, mirror and a washer/dryer and a “wet room” with a shower and bath. It was great to experience such a bathroom for the first time. The room had everything we needed and more. It was very clean. There is a convenience store just around the corner.

The place was very clean, modern, spacious, good location (metro station close to the accommodation), convenience store 1min away.
There was a slight smell in the bathroom but the staff supported us with extra cleaning the first day and we could not have better stay afterwards.
Very responsive and accommodating hosts. The place exceeded our expectations and we would stay there again.
The location was excellent if one wants to travel to different locations by Shinkansen, as we did. There is also a metro station close, and many convenience stores. The room was very clean!
