The beds were very comfortable, place was very clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped -- cutlery and equipment looked new with a whole range of kids cutlery provided. The kids were very happy. We could also walk to the Nagoya station and a supermarket in 10 minutes. We changed our minds last minute about calling a taxi but Mikiko helped us to get one.

The pods were very clean and comfortable - they claim to clean them with UV light as well every day - which probably happened, since we got new towels, pyjamas every day. No one hast to be afraid, they are cosy and spacious. The location of the hotel is lovely. The staff was helpful and spoke English.

It's a modern hotel with full amenities. Everything is very clean and organized. The location is near the station and within a 10 min walk to restaurants, pubs, convenience stores, and shopping areas.

Very clean and modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is really good and the hotel easy to find, though the entrance is a bit confusing as it‘s a tall wooden panel that opens automatically if you stand really close to it. There‘s multiple convenience stores around the hotel as well as buses that bring you to every corner of Nagoya.

Such a cool vibe at this hotel, right from the start! The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We booked two rooms as we had a family of four. We were able to be right next to each other which was great. The rooms itself were large, modern and very clean. Location was great to be near the train, restaurants and convenience stores. We had a lovely stay here.

The central location is very convenient. The hotel is pretty new so rooms and facilities are very clean. There is a convenience store at ground level accessible via elevator. Good laundry services but very busy so make sure you get in early. If you need parking make sure you book early as there is almost no parking around and a very crowded main road.

Room was a good size and very clean. Plenty of helpful things in the room as well (phone charger, TV with VOD options, kettle with tea, and more). Overall very comfortable and perfect for solo travellers. Convenience store on the first floor was great. Location also great-only a few minutes walk from Nagoya station. Staff were nice, spoke some English, and the check-in and check-out processes were incredibly smooth and easy. Bathroom was also very nice.
