Has large and very clean room and bathroom with complete facilities and view facing Kitakami River. Just a short walk from Morioka Station and surrounded by many restaurants and konbini.
Room 409 is comfortable and clean. The bed is comfortable. The room includes a bathroom with a bath, a fridge, a desk, a hairdryer and cosmetics. It's nice that there is a window in the room. Great location of the facility, close to attractions. Very nice and helpful staff. There are several convenience stores (combini) next to the building
Great location close to the train station (about a 10 minute walk). Also located near tons of restaurants, a short walk away from a shopping center and an arcade. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, and a good size for the price. Really enjoyed our stay!

The host made the stay into an amazing japanese experience. We had a cooking evening with traditional japanese food and a morning walk to the different local areas in Morioka. The host made a great effort to introduce us to the authentic part of Morioka also by sharing all his favorite spots with us. We tried many local coffe places, and delicious local food in the area thanks to him. Cannot recommend this place enough.
The house/room was very charming and very clean and pleasant.
It’s directly connected with JR Morioka and Fesan shopping mall, extremely convenient, and the lobby is also connected with a convenience store. Staff are friendly and professional. They have a ladies-only section. Very clean and well-maintained.
Excellent location, just 1 minute from JR station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. There’s a 24-hour convenience store on Ground Floor.
Room size is good with a sofa. Newly renovated and very clean. Check in took 1 minute and staff was nice and helpful.
