    Spacious apartment in downtown, everything is accessible on foot, beach and walking path are 2 min. far. Everything looks new, kitchen has all you need, very clean, wifi works well, it could be noisy as it is oriented to the main street. Hosts are very helpful and kind. Parking is on steep street but having parking place is great advantage in Opatija and owners drive you there so it is not problem.

    Everything was perfect , apartment very close to restaurants and next to beach. Very clean apartment , excellent bed, has a very sleep after long journey. Kitchen was fully equiped.

    The apartment is very clean, very close to the beach, 20 minutes walking distance to the city centre. The hostess is very friendly, full of instructions.

    The property is in a great location, very close to the center and beach. The apartment was very clean and modern, with many towels provided, parking space, a comfy bed, kitchen fully equipped for preparing meals, the whole property was very clean. Everything is like displayed in the pictures. We even got a little something in the fridge waiting for us. The host was quick to respond to any questions and very kind.

    Lovely apartment, very well furnished and very clean. It had absolutely everything you could possibly need for both a short and a long stay. Cozy seaview patio. Close to various beaches, really nice promenade by the sea. Owners very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

    Good apartments for families. large area, terrace, barbecue area. There is everything you need for cooking. And of course an attentive wonderful hostess. The only way to get to the beach is by car.

    Perfect location, so cosy and homely and very clean! Fantastic air con and modern shower! Small room but absolutely gorgeous outside area and proximity to the beach is fantastic. We had a relaxing break here and wish we stayed longer. The host was lovely!! Just stay here if you want a cosy couples get away somewhere clean and cool;

    The owner of the apartment, Milana, was super nice and welcoming despite her English being restricted. She lives next door so you can always ask for her help. The apartment is exactly how it is described/represented in the photos, very clean and equipped you need. The AC, fridge, stove - everything works fine! The apartment is within 10 mins walk from the beach and 2 minutes from the small grocery shop. There are some not bad restaurants and bars nearby.

    First of all, our host Tiho was super helpful and advised us greatly about local facilities, food, beaches and transportation. Always ready to help. The apartment was very clean and functional. Great spacious garden with a barbecue spot, amazing views from the terrace. Plenty of parking spots inside and outside.
