Offering a garden and sea view, Hillside Camping Pods and Shepherd's Hut is located in Wick, 9 km from Sinclair's Bay and 16 km from The Castle Gardens of Mey. This campground provides free private parking and private check-in and check-out. The campground has private entrance.

The pods are so cute! I travelled solo and there was just enough room for 1 suitcase. Heater works well and the sound of rain on the pod exterior is so relaxing. You can even hear nearby livestock, which just adds to the atmosphere. Friendly host and good tips provided inside the pod. Good news - the road is brand new and no more pot holes!

we booked this room last minute after camping for a week as we wanted to treat ourselves to a comfy bed and a hot shower. The host upgraded us to an ensuite room as we thought we had booked this online but had accidentally booked a room only. The host was lovely, accommodating and very friendly. The room was very clean with tea and coffee facilities.

Slightly more space than some camping pods. There was a high level of cleanliness and the owner was on hand on site to welcome you. There is an outdoor bench and seating area which could cope with a disposable barbecue if required.
