    The room was very nice, very comfortable and very clean. The balcony was beautiful which overlooked the beach. I have eaten in here quite a few times….. And the food has always been excellent…. This was the first time that I had stayed here and I will definitely be booking again. Staff were very friendly and professional thank you.

    A great little B&B close to the beach, just three rooms so it's quiet inside and out. Excellent breakfasts made to order, with a choice of full English, cereals and fruit. Great room, good size with comfy bed and very clean throughout. The hosts are extremely friendly and available if there are any problems.

    The property was lovely, Phil met us on arrival and gave us a tour around and information about things to do around the area and which way was best to get to the centre and beach. The property was very clean and felt like home. Loved feeding the fish first thing in the morning

    Good value for money.Very clean.Separate shower room.Cornflakes for breakfast provided was a nice gesture.Tea , coffee and kettle in room to make hot drinks .Communication before stay about parking and check in times , which made making arrangements easier. Very close walking to Southend beach and town centre.

    Very clean, spacious rooms, toilet paper and water was even provided for us when we arrive. Very close to the beach, Sealife and the Adventure Island. Communication with sorted stay was easy and very quick to get a reply back.

    The facility was amazing, very clean, very tidy. I didn’t expect it to be this tidy and perfect. It was really good. The beach is 20 seconds outside the airbnb.
