It was located on a quiet street with free parking but close to a range of shops and a short walk from the beach and town centre. The property is spacious, well maintained and very comfortable, like a home from home. The garden was lovely and the furniture was clean and comfortable. There was even a barbecue!
The house is in a perfect location with incredible views of the beach. It's very spacious and beautifully laid out, very clean, and had everything we needed. Very much felt like a home away from home. Was amazing for my boat obsessed son who spent hours watching the ships and boats going past.
The communication was fantastic from start to finish.
Very clean and modern hotel. The room was a good size for one person and even 2. Had a mini fridge, iron and board which was excellent. Not far from the beach, town centre and amusement park. I was able to check in earlier which was good as left previous hotel at 12pm. Bar and reception reception staff fully attentive 10/10.
The room was very nice, very comfortable and very clean. The balcony was beautiful which overlooked the beach.
I have eaten in here quite a few times….. And the food has always been excellent…. This was the first time that I had stayed here and I will definitely be booking again. Staff were very friendly and professional thank you.

A great little B&B close to the beach, just three rooms so it's quiet inside and out. Excellent breakfasts made to order, with a choice of full English, cereals and fruit. Great room, good size with comfy bed and very clean throughout. The hosts are extremely friendly and available if there are any problems.
The property was lovely, Phil met us on arrival and gave us a tour around and information about things to do around the area and which way was best to get to the centre and beach. The property was very clean and felt like home. Loved feeding the fish first thing in the morning
Good value for money.Very clean.Separate shower room.Cornflakes for breakfast provided was a nice gesture.Tea , coffee and kettle in room to make hot drinks .Communication before stay about parking and check in times , which made making arrangements easier. Very close walking to Southend beach and town centre.
The room was excellent, very clean and well laid out. The location was central, two minutes walk from Southend central, five minutes from the beach.
