    Very newly decorated and very clean and comfortable. Good location just out of busy part of town and by the beach. Staff were friendly. Only thing I'd say is needs some more decorations and art but would stay again.

    Very good area by the quiet pier loads of beach space and a nice lake for boating, a bus ride or a walk to Portsmouth town centre and the shopping mall area and the harbour, with restaurants overall a nice little place to stay in the James bond studios have no complaints at all very clean and cosy which doesn't mean it's small it was a nice size awesome bed 😁👍

    Great location for us, near to the pier, park and beach. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and everything very clean. A relaxing place to stay for one night. The local host was really responsive and helpful throughout.

    Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and well cooked.Lovely breakfast room Great value and modern.Beds could be bigger or more comfortable but very clean and modern Excellent location free parking with permit if needed.Also loved time allowed for breakfast up to 10.30 so very relaxed.Near beaches and local park
