Owner so welcoming, fantastic little retreat. Lovely little pond that you could swim in, which was a nice touch and apart from that it was a Do nothing kind of weekend which was exactly what we wanted. You can drive out if you want to but nice just to sit and relax. Ended up staying an extra night. Even more relaxing ax the majority of people went home.

The place is not easy to find. The Post Code sent me to the wrong place first night. The entrance is full of mud.

Gorgeous restful and beautiful location and lovely friendly owners. Stayed with our two girls and we had a great time. The shepherd's hut is cosy and comfy and very pretty inside. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast with a comfy sofa area to relax. Thanks for a lovely stay. 😍

What a fantastic location! Set looking out over a large watermeadow, which was absolutely beautiful, with tall, flowering summer grass, stunning topiary shapes to marvel at, a great bbq outside on the decking to give that wonderful camping feeling, a snug and cosy cabin to retreat to when it got dark and cooler, a great shower to wake you up in the morning and a coffee machine to set you up for the day ahead. So many lovely little touches that make this place feel really special. We will definitely return to watch the sunrise over the meadow!
The property was lovely and cosy. I liked the extra space of the patio and the table and chairs that looked out on the meadow 😊. The cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend including a barbecue and free bikes to use !

Jackie is lovely, the cabin is a lot bigger than the picture makes out.the bathroom has lovely toilet, sink, shower room in which the power shower was lovely the kitchen has everything to fridge, Coffe machine microwave and all the facilities for an outside firepit barbecue with all the wood, kindling & barbecue tools. The views are so beautiful as topiary displays are out of this world, you will never forget your experience here. Have a wonderful stay as we will be going back again.
