Very clean and well organised, comfortable furniture. Fairly modernised and easy to gain access with the code and key lock box outside. Great host who transferred the deposit back the day we were leaving. Balcony did the job and kitchen/shower facilities were good too.

The room was very clean and extra pillows were provided on request. The staff were very friendly and beds were made the next day and new towels provided. Near to the northern quarter. Near lots of amenities like convenience stores and big supermarket. Family friendly.

Self contained, no staff on the premises although a cleaning guy came in daily around 11am. Very clean. Tea, coffee and sugar provided. Double glaze windows kept out the noise. Bus stop very close and a late night convenience store (10pm) 10 mins walk away.

Very clean with a cleaner coming in everyday doing the place top to bottom. Basics like tea & coffee are provided in a very modern kitchen. There are also washing machines upstairs and down. Close to a rail line but the double glazed windows keep that noise out. There is a convenience store 10 mins walk away open to 10pm every night to get staples and the buses pass within 100m.

Great location in the centre of Manchester. Hotel self check in and check out service was innovative and convenient. I had booked an Executive double double room on the top floor. Superb spacious and comfortable room. Great beds. Room was soundproof so it was exceptionally quiet. Both room and Bathroom very clean. Bathroom had both bath and shower facilities. TV had facilities for local channels / netflix / prime video / you tube. Superb views of Manchester. Beautiful buffet breakfast. Good selection of items and the food was hot.

From outside the property looks a little tucked away and we were unsure but upon entry it’s lovey and clean, there’s a little kitchen that’s easy to access with free teas and coffee and all bathroom and shower facilities are great, with high pressure showers and very clean. If you like simple and not too expensive then it’s perfect.

the property was very clean , had all the facilities you need, really comfy beds with quality sheets and pillows. We booked last minute and was still a smooth check in. receptionist give us all the information we needed and was very helpful. the property is quite central only a short taxi away from the centre. on the same street of the property is an amazing Chinese takeaway called Gemini and also a 24hr convenience store which is handy. overall great stay would recommend:)
