Nice and peaceful, perfect place to relax from every day busy life! There is everything you need in the caravan! Also, a shop, lovely restaurant, beach and playground just a few steps away from the caravan. My 4 years old boy enjoyed so much! Would definitely recommend this place!

Great caravan on a fantastic pitch with a private garden (not pet secure) and views of the Solent and coastline. Very well equipped and well laid out. Well equipped kitchen with hob and full sized oven. Fridge has a freezer compartment. Generous master bedroom and comfy, firm bed. WiFi signal strong and streaming not an issue. Parking for 2 cars plus next to the caravan. Good facilities on site and close to a whole range of interesting places. Excellent host with great communication.

Dan, the host, is an exceptionally nice and helpful chap. He made us very welcome, and had lots of helpful suggestions. The house is less than a minute walk from the beach, and 10-15 minutes into the throbbing heart of Cowes. The accommodation is lovely, with lots of room.
Amazing location with nice and quite beach very close to the property. Nigel and Mary such an amazing host very friendly. Eggs and Milk in the fridge when we checked in on day 1 was very good.
We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the stay and beach. Property had everything we needed and very clean. Wifi internet was excellent and TV with freeview was good we watched few movies at night.

Location is very close to the beach, and easy walking distance in to Cowes, the property is very clean and tidy, the host is a delight, very friendly and knowledgeable,

The bedroom and bathroom were lovely. They were very clean and both felt very luxurious and comfortable. The location of the property was also great, being practically on the beach. It also had a lovely garden. Dan was a great host and made us feel very welcome - he was good company but didn’t intrude at all. Overall, a great stay and we will certainly stay again if we visit the Isle of Wight again.
Excellent location, missing my morning walks down to the beach ( about 5 minutes). Very clean with all facilities for cooking a family meal. Great sun trap of a garden . Cowes is about 20 minutes walk along the Solent watching the cruise ships go by. Parking is private and not on road, wi Fi was good ( have a teenager so was important!) The Isle of Wight is totally worth the ferry trip over, so much to do over a week!
Perfect location, great hosts, comfortable rooms, very clean, nice added extras left in each room for snacks and breakfast, easy to park nearby, accessible to beach, bars, and restaurants.
