    Excellent hotel location - just a 3-minute walk to the beach, very clean room with recent renovations, friendly staff always ready to help. Good breakfasts. There is a luggage storage room available after check-out, which is very convenient, especially if you have a late flight. It's a great value for money option.

    We had two twin rooms. One of them was spacious, very clean and had been updated well, but could have done with a few more teabags (we're English). We cannot complain about this room at all. The staff were fabulous: friendly; helpful and always on hand. They couldn't do enough! The location was excellent - just a five minute walk from everywhere in Nice you would wish to be: near the beach; near the tram; near the train station; near the Old Town and near hundreds of restaurants.

    The apartment is very nice, decorated with love, the beds and kitchen facilities are perfect, all is very clean. The location is good, only 2-4 stops by tram to the historical center. Many cafes and restaurants around. The tram stop is just in front. Or you can walk to the city center or to the beach.

    Very clean, comfortable, standard room. Close to the train station (2 min walk) for easy access to other places in south of France (Monaco, Cannes etc). About 15min walk down to beach and 20min walk to old town Nice - all very accessible. Trams were very easy to use + receptionist was very helpful with recommendations.

    Well furnished and equipped, very clean. The L2 tram connecting the airport to the city centre runs just opposite. A bakery and a local supermarket are just a few meters away and the beach is only a couple of minutes walk. Proactive, helpful and very professional host.

    The property was very clean, spacious, comfortable with everything you need. Location is very comfortable as well and close to the train and bus station. Within walking distance to the beach and the old town. Excellent for a big group of 7-10 people.
