A great location. At the base of some great bicycle roads and perfect spot to explore the beautiful hilltop villages nearby. It is away from the hassle and bustle of the big city of Nice, but at the same time only 20 minute drive away to get to the outskirts of some larger grocery stores and restaurants. The mobile homes are well maintained and have nice patios to enjoy the outdoors. Weekends are always busy with all facilities maxed out, but during the week it is very quiet. Originally booked 4 nights, but extended to 6 nights.

Great location for going to Menton and Sospel is really nice and lively. We don’t like towns so this was the perfect compromise.
Enjoy the great outdoors at a campground or rv park. Sleep under the stars in a cabin or bungalow, pre-mounted tent, RV or caravan. Communal kitchens, bathrooms and recreational facilities are available, and most campsites will have a reception desk.
Very clean apartment. I stayed there with my husband and friend for a couple of nights. It is on the 4th floor but has a lift which is really handy for cases.
The kitchen area was great for preparing meals.
The bedroom bed was comfortable.
Having A/C was a big plus in the hot weather. Communication with the host was good and the process for picking up the keys from a nearby location was easy. Flat is in a great location, near the high street and only 10-15 mins from the beach.
Nicest staff ever, very attentive, friendly and trying to help all the time! I never expected to be so kindly treated in a budget hotel. The room was very clean, with a nice partial view to the sea, bathroom was spacious, location was great, just a couple of steps from the beach and from a tram stop, great pizza place next door, not too far from the airport.
location is great; It is very close to the tram stop and the beach, and you can also shop from the market on the street. The house was very clean. You can find everything you might need at home; iron, hair dryer, nespresso, microwave and even parasol. and Delphine is a very good host, very helpful before and during our stay. If we were to travel to Nice again, we would choose to stay here.
The property was lovely and very clean. Very modern apartment and had all the utensils you would need for your stay. Room was very spacious and had a nice balcony. Had an AC that was perfect for this time of year as it is so hot. Location 5 minute walk from train station, 10 minute walk from beach and 5 minute taxi to old town.

The hotel staff and management was very keen and helpful as the AC had gone out and they managed to rectify the issue in under an hour.
For anyone being in doubt, don’t hesitate and book this hotel and you’ll be more than happy.
Very clean, confortable sofa, equipment with all necessary,just 3 min walk from the beach and close by shops. Great communication and flexibility. We were allowed earlier in the studio. Everything went smoothly and pleasant thanks to the host attention to the detail. Highly recommend 👌
