A very beautiful and well maintained B&B with super hosts! Delicious breakfast, nice and clean rooms and close to Bayeux where you find lots of restaurants. Perfect base to explore the invasion beaches and museums.

We liked the calm and peacefulness once back in the evening from a long ‘touristic’ car journey to the D-Day landing beaches/museums and villages. As there was no restaurant/cafe/bar, we drove the ‘short’ distance (8km) to the beautiful town of Bayeaux.
Nice apartment in very quiet place, next to the camping site. Spacious room with roof windows, you can observe the farm nearby. Restaurants, shops, museums and everything else is in Bayeux, ca. 15 minutes drive. Good starting point to get to the D-day monuments. Breakfast prepared by the owner from local ingredients was amazing. Although she doesn't speak english, was very helpful and trying to communicate.
Isabelle was such a warm and welcoming host, with great recommendations for the area! The place was exactly the French countryside experience we wanted, plus it was close to Bayeux and the D-day beaches. The room was huge and beautifully decorated, with a beautiful view of the manicured lawn and rolling hills in the distance. We got to have an amazing breakfast outdoors nearly every morning, and a bonus: she has such cute & quirky cats!
Excellent stay. Very warm welcome, comfortable rooms and beds. Calm and peaceful. Location is great - easy to access Caen, Bayeux, Port en Bessin, landing beaches. Car is a must but that was fine for us.
