Perfect location 100m from the beach, good restauraunt of the hotel with bar, which is opened till midnight, garden terrace. Normal breakfast. For 3 stars hotel is very good. Aircondition was wirking all the time good, and comfortable air temperature.
Location just 5 mins walk from the station and a short walk to all the main shops, restaurants and buses - we didn’t have a car.
Apartment was very clean, the AC worked well and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Beds very comfortable. Great bakery underneath the property.
Excellent location, on the edge of the old town so not in the more congested area and hence very quiet. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Bishop’s garden beside the Notre Dame church.
Room , we stayed in a studio apartment. It was modern, looked recently done up, very well thought out, very clean, bed comfortable, nice little kitchen. Good shower, (in our experience, showers often let hotels down, but this was nice and strong).
Very clean and practical appartment. Terras is good , perfect for breakfast, with nice view at the lake. Private garage was a plus ! Location is perfect: a small walk to old town Annecy, a small walk to the free beach on Annecy Lake. A perfect distance to visit Geneva. Host is very reachable znd helpfull !
Great location - 5 mins walk to the town and to the beach. Check in was very clear. The sofa bed was comfortable and the bedrooms were great. It was very clean. The off-street parking was very welcome in a town as crowded as Annecy
Very clean very well laid out, nicely decorated and well equipped, even has a washing machine. Some very thoughtful basics supplied. 10 mins walk from the centre, 5 mins from a late opening convenience store. Opposite the train station on the siding so no passing train noise. Free carpark right outside or secure carpark 5 minute walk away. We’re Annecy regulars and would happily stay here again.

I had a large, spotless, nice room, with a spacious bathroom. It looks like newly renovated, very clean and well decorated.
Air conditioning and coffee machine work wonderfully.
Location is right at the beach.
The price comparing to other hotels in Annecy is very cheap, and the value is top!
the bus stop is literally in front of the apartments door, a grocery store and the beach can be reached within 5min. Friendly host and very clean appartment. There was even a fan :))
