Nice old building in de middle of the Old Town. Location was perfect to go to the restaurants, bar, beach and monte Urgull on foot. Building and apartments where kept very clean and tidy by the owner.

Everything was great! It was very clean, well-located, and close to the beach. The receptionist, Alex, was super friendly and helpful. He was very attentive and gave us a lot of recommendations.
The location couldn't be better. Really friendly and helpful staff. Relatively big room and bathroom. Very clean. We really appreciated the AC, since the room got quite humid, especially with wet beach towels and swimming clothes hanging around all the time.

The apartment is in a fantastic location close to the old town and the beach. Had an abundance of great bars and restaurants close by.
The accommodation is very clean and well equipped. It is a bit hot at night if the temperature outside is high. The beds are a wee bit hard otherwise the accommodation is very good.
A perfect location. Easy to get to the beaches and shops and Old Town. Very quiet and the free coffee was a real bonus. Would definitely recommend as a crash pad. Very clean
The communication with the staff, before and during our stay was excellent. They were friendly and eager to help us maximise our stay in SAN Sebastian. The room and bathroom were very spacious, very clean with a clean every day. The bed was comfortable and the facilities (fridge, kettle etc) were good. The location was very handy to both bus and train stations and an easy and picturesque walk to the beaches, and both old and new towns. We have already recommended the place to friends when they visit. Highly recommended this place.
