Very clean throughout. Spacious double room. In a quiet side street so you’ll sleep at night. Handy for the main bus station and just a short walk to the beach and across the bridge to the old town.

Fantastic staff, all really helpful - from providing taxi service to room service. Place was very clean. Good views. Great for those that do not mind walking, an uphill walk to the hotel but always worth it. Great walking distance to beach and nearby bars/restaurants. Far enough to feel secluded, but not too far from the centre.

Hotel is recently refurbished and was very clean. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend. It is a 30 minute walk into the old town, but there are Bus stops and a public cycle hire scheme next to the hotel which gets you to the old town in 10 minutes. Very close to the beach.

The property is fantastic value for money. The apartment is located 10 minutes away from La Concha beach and the old town. It was very clean and it had really useful facilities including a washing machine and a dishwasher.

Loved our stay at Casual Jazz , receptionist was so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, very clean , super comfy big bed . Nice selection for breakfast. Good location with car parking. Lovely 20 min walk to the Old Town , LaConcha beach . San Sebastian is a real gem .
