The staff was very friendly and offered us a welcome drink. Breakfast was very good. Overall, the facility was very clean. 15-20min walk to the beach in Playa del Ingles, but there shuttle buses offered as well.
The extremely central location, very close to everything, the beach, shops, nightlife and restaurants.
I also loved the size of the apartment, very big and spacious. Very clean and well maintained. Also the staff were amazing and very friendly and accommodating. I had late pick up to go to the airport and when I asked would be possible for a late check out it was no problem at all.
Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and well stocked. The hotel was very clean and the staff were all pleasant. The room was large enough though the fridge was a little small. The site was secure on both entrances, from the road and the beach.

Very clean apartment. Very good bed and shower. Good and quiet pool area. I would easily recommend staying here when you are looking for a small scale apartment building in a more tranquile area of Playa del Ingles with quick access to the beach (by stairs)
