The apartment was very clean and very comfortable, located in an excellent place, close to the shop, close to the beach, close to the bus stop. Very well equipped with good wifi and great pool. All was perfect. If I come back to Gran Canaria, for sure I will try to stay at that place. Thank you very much Massimo :-)

The apartment had literally everything we needed, we cooked quite a lot and it was served with all the appliances necessary.
The location is great as it’s 5 minutes walk away from the centre and 10 minutes away from the beach.
Just a great spot for a very relaxing holiday.
The pool was also very clean and nice and never too many people when we were there which made it even better!

Lorena who welcomed me is an exceptionally nice and friendly person. I got the keys to the apartment exactly when I wanted it. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed, including kitchen utensils, two TVs and everything else that could be useful during a long stay. There was even a radio that you could take to the beach. The apartment was very clean and fragrant, and there were no ants or other things that can be found in other apartments in Gran Canaria. I recommend it wholeheartedly. I will come back there for sure. Thank you.
No food. This unit is perfect. Balcony with view to beach. Back gate opens onto beach. Many good and various restaurants all within 12 minutes walk. (We are 70 years so people can do it quicker). Ate out every day. Good choices and really good prices. Apartment was very clean, totally provided and in a hospitable block. No noisy parties.

Very clean spacious well equipped bungalow with private outdoor space front and back plus easy access to the pools. Cita and Sandia Centres on the doorstep and a short walk to the beach/dunes. Pedro was most helpful when we got slightly lost finding the location and drove around the area until he found us...above and beyond kind and assisted with setting up wifi.
We had a lovely holiday. The hotel is in a good location. There is a shop, atm, bus stop from which you can reach visiting places or beach near the hotel. It was really quiet during the day, sunbeds are always available. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean.
Stefanie keeps a very clean B and B, nice and quiet and I slept well. Location is good easy to get to the beach, convenience store and local restaurants. Warm welcome.
