The atico is in a modern nice building, while in the old quarters. It is quite spacious, very clean. You have everything one could need for a short stay. The bed is very comfy. And of course the location - 3 min walk to the beach and few steps away from bars, restaurants and shops! The city centre and the old town are just around the corner. The hosts were super helpful and everything worked perfectly. We would certainly come back.

Amazing location right across the street from the beach. Easy online check in (off-season), very responsive hosts via email, easy to find and get into the building. Stayed in a solo room with a large window overlooking the beach. Everything is very clean, well designed, and incredibly comfortable. Washer and dryer in the kitchen (for a small fee) is a big plus. Large communal kitchen is very clean. Nice common area with a view of the ocean as well. Highly recommend.

Great hotel with an idea, in the center of Nice bar area and the beach. Very clean spavy room with comfortable beds. So nice to have 2 bottles of water and chocolate after a long Camino walk! Thank you for the stay!

Apartment located in the quiet district. Very close to big supermarket Carrefour, MacD, KFC and pizzeria. The closest beach is near by. It is about 8-10min by car to the Center of the city The host was friendly and very helpful, met us on arrival, escort to the parking and show the apartment. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Many thanks for hospitality .

Maravilloso! The apartment is brand new. It is very well located since it is in the center and very close to the beach. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Everything was very clean. In addition, it has a parking space available to be rented.

Well presented character apartment in a fantastic location overlooking a plaza. Close to many restaurants. The beach is only 5 to 10 minute walk. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. Added bonus the car park is 1 minute from the apartment.
