-very warm place. Especially that we visited in November
-very well equipped kitchen. We found pretty much everything (maybe one small addition would be tray for pizza/other food to put in the oven)
-very quiet - we didn't have any neighbors though
-parking on the street nearby
-great terrace - unfortunately we didn't use it due to cold weather
