The pools are amazing, both the exterior and the interior one. The beach access is easy, the food was amazing with many choices to pick from, the location very clean and the rooms amazing. It is my second time coming to this hotel and I would definately come back again, also.
The property is very cleaned and feels like a home. The best apartment so far that I have booked in Sunny Beach. I had a great experience there. The host was a very lovely and friendly. Definitely recommend the place and as long as the apartment is free I will only book this place when ever I go to Sunny Beach.
Back to this hotel after 4 years, very well maintained, even if it changed the name from RIU to SECRETS. Very clean, great position towards the sea, nice beach and huge swimming pool. Very comfortable bed and nice room.
Loved the location, a short walk to the beach and no need to cross streets nor forests, also close to the UNESCO site, if you get bored - the best location!
The barmans and waitresses were very nice and polite. The food was served almost all the time and it was tasty, homely food and the menu changed daily. The view from the room is amazing and the terraces on the top floor are spacious enough to dance. Very clean, industrial interior vibe.

The receptionist (Neneva, spoken english as well) and other staffs were very nice and helpful at all time. Beautiful flat, very luminosity, very comfortable stay, our private terrace was very enjoyable, we loved it. we booked 1 bedroom apartment for 4 people, we had enough space for us. Room, building, around building was very clean and cleaned every each day. We loved the location, close to the beach, sand dunes, night stores. we will go back definitely

Everything was wonderful, the staff was very helpful, the food in the restaurants was delicious and varied. Also the beach is very close and very nice. The rooms were very clean and the towels were changed every day.
