Very bad I paid 300 euros and went from Holland and they did not allow us to enter there are no employees and when I contacted them during this program the response was very rude. They asked to pay 300 again and we went we did not enter for that and we did not feel safe and the conversations I have are really annoying there is no respect for the customer at all I do not recommend it and do not listen to the positive way when you go you did not see anything from it even the pictures of the place are very different from reality what a disappointment it made me drive the car ten hours in one day I do not recommend it and he did not compensate me and did not return the money to me I really do not recommend it

Very large outdoor swimming pool was a bonus. Amazing views and spacious camping plots. The takeaway pizza was delicious. Great onsite ice-cream shop, as well. Very green and calm camping resort.
Great location, nature and calm place, swimming pool is great, nice restaurant and there was also a food truck while we were there.
Toilets, shower and facilities are very clean.

Staying at camping bertrix is very accessible to almost everything.its very relaxing,the view is perfect to enjoy your holiday.safe for kids to play,staff are very friendly.The house is clean, bathroom especially the kitchen and the bed is very comfortable as well. Plan your trip and enjoy your stay at camping bertrix,it's really worth it for the price you paid for.
Location was great for everyday hiking, we liked the area very much. The caravan and camping facilities was clean.
