Very clean and modern, close to the beach (only a 5 minute walk) , there was also a supermarket very close which was handy. Great location for eateries too, aswel as onsite parking for our hire car. The owners are a family which brings a nice personal touch to the experience, Ardit was particularly helpful with restaurant and site seeing recommendations which enhanced our stay.

Very clean, walkable area, groceries and restaurants around. Beach at few minutes walk. There is a barbecue that you can use for free, a big table in the terrace. Desian is a very good host, very welcoming, nice, and available, gave us recommandations and tips. The very plus is the parking with a closed portal within the building.
We had a lovely stay in this well run family hotel in a great location close to restaurants & beaches. It was very clean & comfortable & great value for money. Breakfast had a great selection of very nice food. The owner was really friendly, helpful & accommodating. On our last day after checking out we spent the day by the pool. There were shower facilities & fresh towels provided to us before we had to leave beautiful Ksamil. We would definitely stay in this hotel again if visiting Ksamil.
Spacious and very clean rooms. 7-8 mins from the beach. They have a barbecue as well in their garden.
The owners were nice and helpful people. They allowed us to park our car there even after the checkout.
