Twentynine Palms
28 Palms Ranch, a property with barbecue facilities, is situated in Twentynine Palms, 11 km from Fortynine Palms Oasis Trail, 40 km from Willow Hole, as well as 40 km from Pine City. This luxury tent features free private parking and private check-in and check-out. Desert Queen Mine is 40 km from the luxury tent and Queen Mountain is 42 km away. It seems a bit far out of JT and will take ~20-30mins to drive to the main JT park, but once you get there you get peace and quiet. Maybe I hadn't read it properly, the yurt was a complete surprise. The bed was large and very comfy and very spacious inside. We didn't bother cooking on the BBQ, but it was great to build up a fire, drink a beer and chill in the evenings. We had a few cute mice join us by the fire and lucky enough to see a coyote at sun rise. Stay in Yurt 3 - Red door if you can - IMO the best views of the desert.

Very comfortable beds, beautiful inside and view outside breathtaking! Star gazing while sitting around the firepit was incredible.

The site was so unique. Everything we needed was available. Hammocks for star gazing brilliant.
Exceptional accomodation, highly specifications and extremely roomy. And the location...stunning. you are in the desert with no near neighbours and beautiful views without sacrificing comfort or mod cons. We were only using this as a stop off for two nights to see Joshua Tree NP (entrance a two minute drive) but this would be a relaxing place to spend a week.

Fun idea to sleep in a tent i the desert.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel with its prime location and distinctive design. The rooftop pool and restaurant created a captivating atmosphere, offering a picturesque view of the pink desert sunset. The breakfast was both simple and satisfying。
Large clean impressively styled home with uninterrupted desert views from the back porch. Well equipped kitchen, huge bedrooms and living area. Fantastic to see little Jack Rabbits, Ground Squirrels and a Roadrunner. Beautiful sunsets out the back while we cooked dinner on the bbq. Friendly host and easy communication.
The Raven House was the ultimate sanctuary. A beautiful, calm oasis in a perfect location. Taking a few nights away from the hustle and bustle of city life, I left feeling renewed and inspired. We relaxed in the hot tub each morning for sunrise and each evening for sunset. Watching the local wildlife from the comfort of our hot tub was a particular highlight. Hilary was extremely attentive and responsive without being at all intrusive. I had space to unwind while all my needs were catered for. I can't wait to come back!
Beautiful secluded desert location. Old picturesque trailer with a lot of charm. Super comfy bed and sofa. It was really cosy once I turned the heating on. Plenty of spots to hang outside and watch the sunrise / sunset. The old cars, boats and assorted sculptures were nice. Patricia was very helpful. Superb wifi, surprisingly!
