First and foremost, Melinda is wonderful!! She went out of her way to make our stay pleasant - very friendly, informative, accommodating and helpful. The location was perfect for attending the Pigeon Forge Wilderness Wildlife Week.
The location. It was quiet but close enough to downtown Gatlinburg. We enjoyed the creek and the outdoor furniture including fire pit. Our room was decent size and we had hot showers.
It is a fantastic room with an awesome wilderness and bear theme! Great amenities and super cute! Would recommend for a romantic getaway or a family vacation! Awesome and considerate staff too! :)
The place was easy to find, although in the middle of a beautiful forest. Peace and quiet. The house was spotless and really comfortable. What we loved most was the fantastic veranda, where we could stay forever. The kitchen had everything it should have, bedrooms very cosy. Really great place!!!
The room had a comfy bed, hot shower, and cold a/c.
The front desk lady was super sweet and got us check in three hours earlier then what we expected (check in starts at 3) 10 minute walk to the island on pigeon forge and also right beside a nice Kroger that was about a three minute walk. Clean room, comfy clean bed, hot shower and a 20 dollar pet fee which I felt is a good deal.
Friendly and very helpful front desk employees. Breakfast was included. Hot shower. Comfy beds. Good location at the highway. Coffee available all the time.
Fully self contained including laundry. The rocking chairs on veranda were great to take in the evening views. Location was great however the return trip back to hotel up the big hill is hard on the body 🤣🤣. Also Pancake place across road was excellent
The foyer was very welcoming when we entered, and check-in was easy. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Each room had a small veranda, which was nice
